The Michigan Wolverines’ first competitions as a varsity program have magically appeared on LaxPower. If it’s to be trusted (and while it’s not known for being 100% accurate at all times, I have no reason to doubt it), Michigan will play Providence on October 2 in Ann Arbor, and travel to Folsom, Pennsylvania the following weekend for the 5th Annual Nicholas Colleluori Classic.
No Detroit fall ball events are included on the page (yet).
Pretty excited that they got a scrimmage in Ann Arbor. It is going to be great to get the chance to see them play here at home this early.
Are the games in Ridley (near Philadelphia) going to be on Sunday, as well? If so, I could check them out. If anyone knows one way or the other, please email me. Thanks.
Those are accurate. I like the providence choice, we might get a good game with them. Their alumni are also pumped and I expect a good showing from them.
anyone know where the scrimmage will be held?
No idea. I can try to find out though.
We might get a good game with them? If they keep track of the score, it will be 17 – 3 Providence. Hopefully it won’t be worst. Maybe Providence will empty their bench in the second quarter.
