- Joe Scola of Saginaw Heritage was named the Saginaw News player of the year. He scored 35 goals in 11 games.
- Flint Powers’s Gino Scarpelli was the Flint Journal player of the year. He scored 26 goals and recorded 20 assists, while maintaining a defensive mindset (and winning over 70% of his faceoffs). Kate Peabody, also of Powers, earned the girls’ honor.
- Austin Jacobs of Bay City Western earns the honor from the Bay City Times.
- Bloomfield United (Andover and Lahser) finished the spring with the top GPA in the state.
- Former Pioneer lacrosse player Emy Guttman reacts to the potential cut of lacrosse from Ann Arbor Public Schools.
- Recent Michigan alum Pat Stansik (and his brother Paul) finished in 5th place of the consolation bracket at the Vail Lacrosse Shootout with the Jammin’ Salmon. Pat video blogged:
